Kevin Lowber State Farm is seeking a sales-dominant, bilingual (Spanish/English) Multiline Representative who thrives on production, relationship building, and closing business. This role is built for a competitive professional who knows how to lead conversations, uncover needs, and confidently ask for the sale in both English and Spanish.
You will play a key role in driving agency growth by generating new business, cross-selling multiple product lines, and serving a diverse community with professionalism and energy. This is a performance-focused role with clear expectations around activity, follow-up, and production.
Bilingual Spanish speakers are strongly preferred to help us expand and better serve our community.
Licensing Requirements

Full licensing is required.
  • Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office
  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
What Youll Do
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, community outreach, and lead follow-up
  • Conduct needs-based sales conversations in both Spanish and English
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Cross-sell multiple product lines to maximize household penetration
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects toward binding
  • Build strong relationships that drive referrals and retention
  • Track daily sales activity and meet established production goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
