As a Multiline Representative, you'll blend strong customer service with proactive, needs-based sales. You'll act as a trusted advisor, identifying coverage gaps, recommending solutions, and strengthening relationships that lead to long-term retention and revenue growth.

What This Role Looks Like
You will:
  • Proactively recommend auto, home, renters, life, and health products based on customer needs
  • Follow up on quotes, cross-sell opportunities, and inbound leads

  • Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation
  • Support retention efforts by conducting policy reviews and protection conversations

This is a relationship-based sales role - service opens the door, but growth comes from confident conversations.
Licensing Requirements
  • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required
  • Life & Health license preferred
  • Candidates must be willing to obtain required licenses if not currently held
