Job Description

Our Maintenance teams are a critical part of our communities, and we provide the support, tools, and leadership opportunities needed for success. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and support maintenance staff, including scheduling and delegation of work orders
  • Inspect  completed maintenance work and ensure quality standards
  • Oversee service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
  • Train and mentor new and existing maintenance team members
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring maintenance staff
  • Assist with maintenance budget planning and cost management.

Qualifications

We are seeking a maintenance leader with strong technical knowledge and team leadership experience. 

  • Experience in apartment, hotel, hospital, or hospitality maintenance
  • Supervisory experience in leading a maintenance team
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service abilities
  • EPA certification or HVAC certification 
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs
