Job Description

Role Summary

The Classroom Facilitator delivers engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build capability and drive behavior change. This role focuses on facilitation excellence, learner engagement, and adapting content in real time to meet audience needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across a variety of topics
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Adapt delivery style and pacing based on learner needs and feedback
  • Partner with instructional designers to provide feedback on content effectiveness
  • Manage classroom logistics and ensure smooth session execution
  • Assess learner understanding and reinforce key concepts
  • Coach learners and provide constructive feedback during and after sessions
Qualifications

What You Have

  • 2–5+ years of facilitation or training experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics
  • Comfort with both in-person and virtual delivery platforms
  • Experience in adult learning environments preferred
  • Demonstrates accountability and a creative, solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including:

  • Expected pay rate of $85,000- $105,000 plus annual 10% target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
