Join Our Growing Team at City Wide Facility Solutions

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly. If you or someone you know is searching for a long-term opportunity with a strong, reputable organization, this could be a great fit.

 This role reports directly to our customer site in New Holland, PA. Living nearby is a plus, but not required.

What We're Looking For:

 • A reliable professional who can work a consistent 11:00am–7:00pm schedule, with occasional morning or evening shifts when needed

 • Someone who can oversee day porters and evening porters to ensure quality standards are met

 • A “working supervisor” mindset — willing to jump in, clean when needed, and support floor work

 • Strong problem-solving and light handyman abilities

 • Bilingual skills are a plus

 • Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we’ll help)

Key Responsibilities:

 • Oversee daily cleaning operations and support staff

 • Manage consumables/supply control

 • Perform weekly safety inspections (including eye wash stations)

 • Replace or repair lighting and ensure emergency exit signage is operational

 • High-dusting tasks using lifts

 • Maintain and refresh facility items such as shower curtains and countertop coatings

 • Support additional facility needs as they arise

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 3+ years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations. Commercial janitorial services industry experience preferred.
  • Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook/Task Manager
  • CRM experience a plus!
