Job description

Automotive Digital Sales Training & Certification Manager
Murgado Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Digital Sales Training & Certification Manager to develop and lead a standardized digital sales training and certification program across our Florida dealerships.
This is not simply a corporate trainer position. We're looking for an experienced automotive professional who can train, coach, evaluate and hold dealership teams accountable to a high standard of digital sales execution.
The right candidate will combine automotive retail experience, strong sales and communication skills, CRM expertise, and the ability to earn credibility with salespeople and dealership leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and deliver training for Digital Sales Managers, internet salespeople and other dealership personnel handling digital opportunities
  • Train teams on internet leads, phone handling, CRM utilization, appointment-setting, follow-up, texting/email, pricing and trade-in conversations, AI-assisted communication, data mining and service-to-sales
  • Build and administer a certification process to ensure employees demonstrate competency before independently handling digital leads
  • Conduct call reviews, CRM audits, role-plays and customer-communication evaluations
  • Coach individual employees and dealership teams to improve execution and performance
  • Partner with Digital Sales Managers and dealership leadership to identify and correct performance gaps
  • Lead training and certification during new-store and digital-process launches
  • Provide on-site launch support and follow-up coaching
  • Track training effectiveness through improvements in contact rates, appointment conversion, show rates, CRM compliance and communication quality

What We're Looking For
  • Automotive retail sales, BDC, digital sales and/or automotive training experience
  • Strong knowledge of internet lead management, telephone handling and appointment-setting
  • Experience with automotive CRM systems and dealership sales processes
  • Proven ability to train, coach and motivate sales professionals
  • Strong facilitation and public-speaking skills
  • Ability to evaluate calls, CRM activity and written customer communications
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through
  • Comfortable working with salespeople, managers, General Managers and corporate leadership
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Florida

Preferred experience includes dealership sales management, BDC management, multi-store automotive training, LMS platforms or structured certification programs.
Travel
This is a field-oriented position supporting our Florida dealership network, with regular travel from South Florida through Jacksonville for training, certification, dealership launches and performance coaching.
The Person We're Looking For
We're looking for more than a polished presenter. We want a credible automotive sales coach who can walk into a dealership, command a room, identify where execution is breaking down and help salespeople and managers improve.
If you understand automotive sales, know what great lead and phone handling looks like, and enjoy developing people while driving measurable performance improvement, we'd like to hear from you.
