Sims-Lohman is growing fast-and we're looking for a high-performing Sales Representative / Project Manager to help expand our Multi-Family Cabinetry division. In this role, you'll drive revenue, build strategic partnerships with top builders, and oversee multi-unit cabinetry projects from initial bid to final install. If you're motivated by closing deals, delivering results, and seeing your work shape large-scale communities, this is a powerful opportunity to grow your career with a market leader.
What You'll Do
  • Own the customer relationship as the primary partner for multi-family builders and contractors
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and winning new projects
  • Manage multiple active projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded
  • Deliver accurate estimates and oversee order processing with precision and urgency
