Responsibilities

Work as Assistant to the Design Manager. Prepare minutes of meetings, budgets preview sheets, draft waiver requests. Coordinate with disciplines the technical comments on drawings and specifications from various stakeholders. Help prepare permit requests. Prepare documents to send to the printer. Help in the preparation of project bid documents and PowerPoint presentations. Track and manage submittals and approvals. Help in the preparation of project specifications (Division 1). Assist and/or represent DMO during the construction phase for various projects.
