What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an MTA Starter, and why are they important?

To thrive as an MTA Starter (Metropolitan Transportation Authority Starter), you need a strong understanding of transit operations, scheduling, and safety protocols, typically supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with scheduling software, radio communication systems, and basic computer applications is important for daily tasks.
