Qualifications
- 3-6 years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
- Strong grasp of MSP service stacks: RMM, NOC/SOC, cloud (Azure/AWS), Microsoft 365, SD-WAN
- Experience scoping managed IT, security, or cloud services contracts
- Exceptional communication skills - equally fluent with CIOs and IT administrators
- Proficient in building business cases, ROI models, and TCO analyses
- Relevant certifications preferred: CompTIA, MCSA, CCNA, AWS/Azure Associate
- Familiarity with PSA tools (ConnectWise, Autotask) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
