What is an MSP administrator?

An MSP (Managed Service Provider) Administrator is a professional responsible for managing and supporting IT services for client organizations, often remotely. They handle tasks such as network monitoring, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support to ensure reliable and secure IT operations. MSP Administrators work for companies that provide outsourced IT services, and they play a crucial role in maintaining uptime, security, and efficiency for their clients. Their work often involves using specialized management tools and responding to incidents or service requests as needed.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an MSP administrator?
