About You
Who: An IT professional with technical acumen, success in building relationships, and experience in solution selling.
What: The job has aspects of account relations and service advocacy. It is beneficial to have a curious mind and confidence when speaking with C-Suite clients.
When: We are looking for the right candidate, not a quick hire.
Where: We are an MSP in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. You must be local to this area.
How: Conducting meetings with clients, collaborating with coworkers to create solutions, presenting the proposal to the clients.
Your Team
You will work as part of the account management team, and in close cooperation with the engineering team, and the sales team.
How You Will Contribute
You will help our company create the annual IT roadmap for client companies. You will use questions and insight to help the client identify the issues that need to be on the roadmap.
The Skills You Will Need
5 years or more of IT service experience. We mean MSP experience, not VAR experience.
The ability to ask questions to guide a client through a discovery process
