The Role:
The System Administrator role for AT amp;F will be responsible for reliability, security, and performance of the Enterprise. This role will help ensure continuous operation of various systems including those critical to production, quality, supply chain, finance, and more. The System Administrator will also assist in ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and compliance.
This position will work closely with all Management throughout the Enterprise, our IT MSP, as well as our external customers and vendors. This role is critical in managing our strategic initiatives, and long term growth.
    The Goals and Challenges of this Role:
    • Provide end user support
    • Assist with integrations between ERP system and production-floor equipment
    • Manage Active Directory, permissions and authentication
    • Assist in monitoring system performance and regular patching and updates
    • Develop and maintain a system for lifecycle management of hardware and software
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation changes
    • Work closely with our IT MSP Partner
    • Assist with audits, incident response and risk assessment
    • Work with Leadership to develop policies and procedures
    • Proactively stay on top of industry changes
    • Other Duties as Assigned

    What You Should Bring to this Role:

    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting in a technical role
    • Strong understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 -Intune Management, Entra ID, and Azure Administration
    • Strong understanding of networking concepts and security
    • Specific knowledge and up to date expertise

      • Broad Cloud Admin Skills (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
      • Microsoft Entra
    • Experience creating Documentation
    • Familiar with backup and disaster recovery solutions, planning and testing

    Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year.
    This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the role. Starting pay depends on your skills, experience, and ability to perform the job.
