Job description

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving new revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing strategic sales opportunities. This role focuses on consultative selling, relationship building, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client business needs. The Senior Sales Executive acts as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers while upholding the company's values of service excellence, transparency, and long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned markets or territories.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activities, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer pain points and align solutions to business outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing recommendations

2. Sales Execution & Deal Management
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service delivery, operations) to ensure accurate scoping and solution design.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, forecasts, and activity tracking.

Required
