Job description

Finance & Accounting - Context of Role
The Resort Operations Finance team at MVW is on a multi-year journey to build a team designed for impact, not transactions. We've made our roles outcome-based: you'll own decisions and create value as a trusted finance business partner embedded with site resort leaders and Boards members driving revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and cost management outcomes. With transactional work, e.g. AP, AR, month-end, reconciliations, audits, and billing, handled by our external managed service provider, you'll focus on delivering insights, ensuring governance, and achieving results. Success is measured by impacts across multiple properties giving you broad exposure and meaningful participation.
Specific Job Summary

Operating in a model where core accounting and transactional activities are delivered through Shared Services via a Managed Service Provider (MSP), the ADOF translates financial information into actionable insights and assists in identifying and executing revenue and savings opportunities.
