Who are we hiring:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, HRIS with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, HR Help Desk, and Security. This role focuses on enabling business processes through functional configuration, user experience optimization, and secure system design, while partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable solutions.
The Senior Analyst will play a key role in the day-to-day support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform, leveraging modern tools such as Sandbox, Redwood UX, Visual Builder, and HCM Design Studio to deliver intuitive and efficient user experiences.
What will you do?
  • Lead functional configuration and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Talent Reviews), Learning, and HR Help Desk.
  • Configure and maintain HCM Security, including role-based access, data security, job roles, abstract roles, and security profiles to ensure compliance and least-privilege access.
  • Partner with HR business users to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and configure system functionality to support end-to-end HR processes.
  • Utilize HCM Design Studio to configure responsive pages, guided journeys, validations, and page behavior without customization.
  • Support and enhance the Redwood user experience, understanding delivered Redwood functionality and enabling modern, simplified user flows.
  • Configure and support Visual Builder Studio (VBS) enhancements to extend Fusion HCM pages and optimize user experience where required.
  • Provide functional ownership for HR Help Desk, including request types, workflows, routing rules, SLAs, and knowledge articles.
  • Support Learning module configuration, including courses, offerings, assignments, learning communities, and reporting.
  • Configure and support Compensation plans, eligibility profiles, workforce compensation cycles.
  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, scenario development, defect triage, and deployment readiness.
  • Provide production support by investigating functional issues, performing root cause analysis, and partnering with technical teams or Oracle Support to resolve issues.
  • Assess enhancement requests, conduct impact analysis, and deliver functional solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
  • Maintain clear functional documentation, configuration workbooks, process flows, and user guides.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?
  • 4-6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a functional resource configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Core HR, including enterprise structures, workforce administration, person management, and employment flows.
  • Functional expertise in Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, and HR Help Desk modules.
  • Solid experience designing and supporting HCM Security (roles, privileges, data security policies).
  • Additional experience with Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in configuration and user experience enhancements.
  • Experience supporting Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing activities.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, policies, and operating models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple functional deliverables across parallel initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional system configurations.
