Project Manager - Plumbing / HVAC in Hartford, CT This is a permanent, full time position with a great salary and benefits package as well as career growth opportunities. Responsibilities: Attend preconstruction meetings with General Contractors and Owners Coordinate with Superintendents and Foreman on projects Review and QC on active projects Manage project schedules and budgets Communicate with suppliers and vendors Review blueprints and specs on projects and identify conflicts Requirements: 5+ years working for a mechanical contractor Commercial and/or Industrial construction project experience Knowledge of state-specific safety building codes and requirements Familiar with MS Project, BlueBeam, and on-screen takeoff estimating software (preferred) Stable work-history Local
