Responsibilities: Oversee one or multiple large mechanical projects Ensure projects are completed safely, on-time, and under budget and that we exceed general contractor and building owner requirements Mentor and train Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers and help them grow within the company Track and maintain project budgets and schedules Communicate and coordinate with vendors and internal estimating and purchasing teams Requirements: 5+ years of commercial hvac and plumbing project management experience working on large projects Local, stable work-history Strong technical skills working with Excel, BlueBeam, and MS Project Preferred: Prior field knowledge and/or Bachelors in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering
