Job description


An Automotive Finance company, located in Irvine, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a 6+ month contract role.
This role will support a Salesforce Marketing Cloud project that is currently in development.
This role is hybrid with 2 days onsite expected.
The resource must be a proactive self starter that is able to find solutions to issues and risk that come up during the project lifecycle.

Adhere to PMO Guidebook process/procedure
• Project Charter
• RACI
• Resource Plan
• Communication Plan
• Project Kick-Off Material and Facilitation
• Detailed Project Plan with key milestones (MS Project)
• Issue/Risk Register
• Action Item Log
• Meeting Minutes
• Weekly Status Report
• Monthly Executive Status Dashboard
• Obtain Key Project Deliverable Sign-Offs
• Maintain Project Repository (Confluence)
• Weekly Project Status Meetings
• Maintain Budget Tracker (weekly) and Accruals and Reconciliation
• SOW Facilitation

• Work with VMO facilitate RFP process
