Role Overview
Client is seeking a client-facing Technical Project Manager to support a growing Professional Services team. This role will manage implementation and migration projects as clients transition from existing platforms to client's workload automation software. The engagement is initially contract-based to help manage increased workload, with the possibility of becoming longer-term.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client-facing implementation and migration projects
  • Oversee migrations across cloud-native, on-prem/mainframe, and hybrid environments
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, including:
    • Timeline and milestone management
    • Budget oversight
    • Internal and client-facing status reporting
    • Stakeholder coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Partner closely with internal engineering and professional services teams
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Strong background in implementation and/or migration projects
  • Proven client-facing project leadership experience
  • Comfortable managing budgets and executive-level reporting
  • Strong experience with:
    • MS Project (primary PM tool - required)
    • Smartsheet (project tracking)
    • Jira (ticketing)
    • Confluence (documentation/change tracking)
  • PMP certification not required
