IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • 6+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at various stages of completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven subject matter or content expertise in Program/Project management.
  • Ideally prior experience delivering on projects within the life sciences sector.
  • Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions.
  • A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.
  • Demonstrated success creating, growing, and selling solutions for existing and new client accounts.
  • Understanding of various technologies including applications and databases.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suites of products, (i.e. Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in use of project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Version One, Aha!, etc.)
  • Proven success delivering projects in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
  • The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
  • An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives and the community at large.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus;
  • Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Industry experience is a plus;
