X/Celerant Consulting is seeking several full-time experienced Management Consultants and Project Managers to join our team anywhere in the United States. This role will be responsible for overseeing multiple workstreams in a manufacturing setting, installing metrics and LEAN tools and delivering tangible results. He/she will work side by side with the clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner. Experience in these areas is a must. Do not apply if you do not have this experience, please.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in Operations Management Consulting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or other related fields
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team to implement LEAN tools in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize duties effectively
  • Experience in data analysis, project management, and/or supply chain management is a plus
  • Demonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategy
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • 100% travel required
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to see, hear, walk through manufacturing sites with occasional stairs
