Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and empathetic professional with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. You will play a critical role in understanding our clients' business needs, gathering requirements, and implementing CRM solutions that align with their goals. Your expertise in implementing Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules will be essential to the success of our projects. We want to hear from you if you have a passion for transforming businesses through technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in CRM consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for CRM solutions.
  • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to meet client needs, with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Develop comprehensive CRM documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Provide training and support to clients' end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new CRM system.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to validate system functionality and ensure it aligns with client requirements.
  • Assist in data migration and integration efforts as needed.
  • Stay current with the latest CRM and Microsoft technologies and share your knowledge with the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system, maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout.


Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant.
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, with a strong focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Experience creating workflows with Power Automate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to understand and address each client's unique needs.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to resolve technical and functional challenges.
  • Adept at working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred:

  • Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certifications.
  • Experience with CRM data migration and integration.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, AI Builder, Data flows, Virtual Agents).
  • Familiarity with CRM best practices and industry trends.
