We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager specializing in luxury custom home construction to oversee high-value residential projects (ranging from $10M and up) in South Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all phases of luxury home construction, while ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders, high-quality workmanship, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Client Details Our Client is a an established General Contractor that has an impeccable reputation for delivery Luxury Home projects from $5M to $50M in Broward and Palm Beach County (Ground Up and Renovation). Description Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources. Tailor plans to meet the specific needs and expectations of high-end clients. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Understand and incorporate client objectives and preferences into project execution. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a diverse team of architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure cohesive collaboration and project delivery. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and maintaining financial control while delivering value to clients. Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure that all construction meets luxury standards and adheres to local codes and regulations. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail. Proficient in project management software Procore, Buildertrend, etc. PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is a plus.
