The 3 month rule in moving storage jobs typically refers to a probationary period of three months during which an employee's performance and suitability for the role are evaluated. This timeframe helps employers assess reliability and skills before offering long-term employment.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Moving and Storage Professional, and why are they important?
