Our equipment is utilized across the globe with over 4,500 units in service to help marinas handle boats of all sizes.
Job Description
Marine Travelift in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to be adding 2nd shift Paint Helpers to our team. As a Paint Helper, you will prep items for paint such as steel beams and other items related to large custom engineered lifting machines used in marine and industrial applications and shipped worldwide.
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 1:30PM-12:00AM (3-day weekend)
Job Responsibilities
  • Tag parts with labels so the parts are painted correctly
  • Brush Paint small parts and touch up spray painted parts
  • Sand parts to prepare them for paint
  • Forklift Operation to move parts from one location to another
  • Operate the Overhead Crane when working with very heavy parts
  • General Clean Up of paint area
  • All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned

Job Qualifications
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to wear a full body garment
  • Must be able to be fitted for and wear a respirator
  • Must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for the entire shift
  • Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
