We’re seeking Movers to join the Shield Moving team!

Previous experience is preferred in moving, warehousing, or delivering

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Own a smartphone with an active plan

  • Reliable transportation to West Allis WI

  • Be able to repeatedly lift 100+ pounds

  • Deliver five star experiences to our customers

  • Maintain a friendly, courteous, and cooperative attitude at all times to both customers and other employees

  • Be able to work moves that last from 2-8 hours at a time

  • Be able to work mornings and/or afternoons (moves start at earliest 8am and go throughout the day)

  • Be able to work on weekends (we have work during the week, but we are busiest on the weekends)

How Do You Get Paid?

  • Get paid every other week straight to your checking account

  • Payment comes in 3 ways:

    • Base hourly rate

    • Driving compensation

    • Keep 100% of your tips
