Position: Driver / Professional Mover


Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Drivers/Movers to join our team. Drivers are responsible for safely operating moving trucks while leading and assisting crews with packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and assembling customer belongings. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and efficient moves.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate box trucks and moving vehicles
  • Lead moving crews on residential and commercial moves
  • Load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and specialty items safely
  • Properly wrap and protect customer belongings using moving pads, shrink wrap, and packing materials
  • Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed
  • Use moving equipment such as dollies, straps, ramps, and lifting equipment
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional communication
  • Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
  • Complete paperwork, job notes, and payment collection when required

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Experience driving box trucks preferred
  • Ability to lift 50–100+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
