The Building People, LLC, has a position for a Data Project Manager to support a federal client. The Data Project Manager uses PowerPlatform, CAD, and other design/space technology software to provide support to Project Management, Occupancy Planning, and Move Managers. 
Key Responsibilities
• Provides expertise in build-out, management, and refinement of PowerPlatform-based tools used to collect, process and measure data from multiple sources to produce valuable metrics on space utilization
• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources 
• Collect, maintain, analyze, and report space, occupancy, workforce, and facilities-related data to support decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, reports, charts, and other visuals to support space utilization, move planning, and resource requirements 
• Analyze space utilization trends, identify gaps, conflicts, inefficiencies, and risks, and recommend practical improvements to support operations 
• Support physical space planning, seating optimization, office move coordination, and implementation planning.
• Manage and report space allocation data
• Proactively monitor space allocation data and changes and generate needed reports and analysis on space allocation and utilization
• Maintain data integrity by validating source information, resolving discrepancies, documenting assumptions, and ensuring reports and dashboards reflect current conditions
