Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of moving projects from start to finish.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the moving process.
  • Develop detailed moving plans and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate with movers, vendors, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct pre-move assessments and walkthroughs to identify potential challenges and requirements.
  • Manage inventory and oversee packing, loading, transportation, and unpacking activities.
  • Resolve any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction.
