Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Rental Coordinators to join our team! This role is a combination of customer service and vehicle service, ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

As a Rental Coordinator, you will:

  • Greet customers and assist with rental inquiries.
  • Process reservations, contracts, and payments accurately.
  • Explain rental policies and vehicle features to customers.
  • Inspect vehicles upon return and document any issues.
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient rental operations.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure that vehicles are clean and ready for customer pick-up.
  • Check tire pressure, check fluid levels, and refuel vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
