You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment surrounded by a team of skilled healthcare professionals. Our outpatient office promotes a diverse clientele ranging from those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions to elderly patients focused on improving mobility and enhancing their quality of life. Scheduled working hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a predictable work-life balance tailored for optimal productivity and patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately assess patients' physical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique situation and health goals.
• Use advanced physical therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities, such as thermal therapy, ultrasound, and electrotherapy, to facilitate pain relief and functional improvement.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and response to therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic patient support and care coordination.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, documenting all interventions, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

The diverse population we serve includes individuals of all ages with conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, acute and chronic pain management, sports injuries, and mobility impairments related to aging. Our therapists work closely with patients to provide tailored care plans that encourage active participation in their recovery, ultimately leading to improved functional outcomes and quality of life.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience, with a strong foundation in orthopedic and general rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address complex patient cases effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with patients, families, and co-workers.
