The successful candidate will work onsite in our outpatient office, designed to be both welcoming and conducive to rehabilitation. Our facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic equipment and technology to support various treatment strategies. Here, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering coordinated care. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a work-life balance while maintaining a full-time schedule.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately assess patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Utilize advanced physical therapy modalities including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual therapy as part of the treatment regimen.
• Educate patients on body mechanics, ergonomic practices, and strategies to prevent injuries, empowering them with knowledge to support their recovery.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure that each patient's healthcare plan is comprehensive and effective.
• Maintain meticulous records that document treatment interventions, modifications, and patient responses to the therapy.

We serve a diverse patient population featuring individuals recovering from surgeries, those dealing with chronic pain, as well as athletes seeking to maximize their performance. Our specialties include rehabilitation for back and neck pain, joint pain associated with osteoarthritis, injuries from sports and active lifestyles, as well as balance and coordination deficits. You will play a vital role in not only treating these conditions but also in guiding patients toward a healthier, more active lifestyle.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is necessary.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy settings is essential; emphasis on outpatient therapy preferred.
• Expertise in utilizing various physical therapy techniques and modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Effective communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships with patients, advocating for their needs.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess patient progress and adapt treatment programs accordingly.

While a minimum of one year is required, preference will be given to candidates with at least five years of diverse clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly with populations that require post-surgical rehabilitation or chronic pain management. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous.
