Job Description

Motorola Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Summer Intern to join our Outbound Sales team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment, supporting our efforts to connect with potential customers and understand their needs.
Job Responsibilities
As a 2026 Summer Intern - Outbound Sales Representative, you will:

  • Assist the Outbound Sales team with outbound campaigns

  • Learn and apply sales techniques to qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

  • Document customer interactions and update CRM records accurately and promptly.

  • Collaborate with senior sales representatives to understand sales processes and strategies.

  • Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Conduct basic research on customer needs and industry trends to inform sales approaches.

  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Outbound Sales Manager.


Job Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn about sales.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior customer service or sales experience (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus, but not required.
