American Road Group is seeking an Assistant Motorcycle Sales Manager at Laconia Harley-Davidson in Meredith, NH!


Do you have experience in sales and are looking to grow in your career? The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team in day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to closing deals, driving sales, and hiring and training sales employees.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive unit sales and F&I profit by following all sales processes.
  • Ensure that all customers receive premium customer service experience.
  • Conduct four square negotiation process with all customers.
  • Hiring, training, and motivation of sales associates.
  • Inventory Management
  • Supervisory responsibilities
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

  • Experience with retail sales and inventory management.
  • Experience with dealer management system software or ability to learn quickly.
  • CRM experience
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Valid license with motorcycle endorsement
  • This is a commission-based position - anticipated salary range between $75k-$130k.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

  • Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, sit, stand, push, and pull.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
  • Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other materials in shop
  • Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes and other airborne particles.
