Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our sales team and facilitate seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and delivering outstanding support to both the sales team and clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Process and monitor customer orders and assist with order-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information in the company’s ERP/CRM system.
  • Communicate with customers, retailers, distributors, and internal teams regarding orders, account information, shipping, and other sales-related requests.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Warehouse, and other departments to help resolve order, payment, and delivery issues.
  • Monitor shared email communications and respond to inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support new retailer and distributor account setup and maintain accurate account records.
  • Assist with pricing updates, product information, and sales-related documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain routine sales reports and assist with data collection and analysis.
  • Support compliance with established order processing, payment, pricing, and sales policies.
  • Assist with maintaining dealer information and other sales-related information as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflow efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, order management, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting B2B customers, retailers, distributors, or dealer accounts preferred.
  • Experience using an ERP or CRM system; NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Basic ability to work with sales data and prepare reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Powersports, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Outdoor/Action Sports, or similar product-based industry.
  • Experience supporting dealer or distributor networks.
  • Familiarity with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies.
  • Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
