Job Description

MonkeyMoto, North Texas' premier motorcycle shop, is hiring a Motorcycle Sales Associate for a full-time, seasonal position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent, career-track role. This is a commission-focused role with a highly leveraged compensation plan designed for hungry, coachable closers.

If you have retail or technical sales experience (phones, electronics, auto, etc.) and a Texas M endorsement โ€” this is your chance to master motorcycle sales and build a six-figure income stream in the next 1โ€“2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers and phone leads with motorcycle sales inquiries

  • Walk customers through product options, financing, test rides, and closing

  • Upsell gear, accessories, warranties, and service packages

  • Maintain an organized and engaging showroom environment

  • Enter sales into POS system and track performance metrics

  • Participate in team sales goals and support store operations

Requirements

  • Retail or sales experience required, preferably in phones, electronics, or other technical sales

  • Texas motorcycle license (M endorsement) required

  • Ambitious and coachable โ€” motivated to become a top producer

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree is a plus

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday (shop is closed Sunโ€“Mon)

  • Enthusiasm for motorcycles, motorsports, or powersports industry

  • Motorcycle passion and product curiosity expected
