A Harley-Davidson Sales Fit Specialist acts as a brand ambassador, helping customers select the right motorcycle based on riding style, experience, and physical fit. This role focuses on delivering exceptional, enthusiast-level customer service, guiding demo rides, managing sales leads through CRM systems, and finalizing sales, often in a commission-based environment.  Core Responsibilities Customer Consultation & Fitting: Greet guests promptly, understand their needs, and fit them to the appropriate new or used motorcycle. Sales Process Execution: Actively develop prospects and guide customers through the 12-step sales process, from greeting to closing. Follow-Up & CRM: Consistently contact potential customers via phone, text, and email, utilizing CRM software to track activity. Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, accessories, and motorclothes to recommend products confidently. Showroom Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, and specific motorcycles assigned to them, clean and properly displayed.
Job Requirement:Job Requirements License: A valid driver's license Attitude: High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about the motorcycle lifestyle. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk the showroom. Schedule: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Sales License: Ability to obtain a state-specific salesperson license if required Compensation & Benefits Pay Structure: Often a combination of base hourly pay and performance-based commissions.
