Seminole PowerSports Sanford is actively interviewing to fill a Motorcycle Sales position.

Job Functions:

  • Educate potential buyers on our fleet of new and used inventory of motorcycles
  • Greet new visitors as they walk in our front door
  • Call, e-mail or text potential buyers to follow up on unit(s) interested in

Skills Needed:

  • Computer skills - ability to navigate on a computer
  • Ability to pivot when met with objection
  • Ability to manage negative feedback

Qualifications:

  • 1 year sales experience required, we will train you on our proven process
  • Love of motorcycles, side by sides, atv’s and watercraft and contributing to the success of the team
  • Be an outgoing, energetic and a people person
  • Be self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful
  • Be able to follow a structured sales process on value based selling and available to work Saturdays
  • Motorcycle endorsement- or willing to obtain a license
  • A friendly and upbeat personality
  • A self-starter that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience
  • Eagerness to learn and be a part of the riding community
  • Physically able to handle motorcycles that often weigh up to 900 pounds
  • Required to pass a thorough background check
  • Required to pass a pre-employment drug test
