We are seeking skilled Detailers who take pride in maintaining the quality and appearance of our fleet. Under the supervision of the Detail Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior cleanliness of all RMA vehicles, including Sedans, SUVs, Shuttle Buses, and occasionally Motor Coach Buses.
Essential Functions:
  • Hand wash vehicles, ensuring each receives the proper care.
  • Clean interiors, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and glass cleaning.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Request and stock all janitorial supplies needed for vehicle cleaning.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving records
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.

Sign-On Bonus
Eligible detailing positions may receive a sign-on bonus. Full-time roles offer a $1,200 bonus; part-time roles offer a $600 bonus. Eligibility begins after 90 days of continuous employment. Bonuses are paid in equal monthly installments through payroll. Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time each installment is issued. Unpaid installments are forfeited upon separation of employment.
