We are seeking a motivated Electric Motor Mechanic to join our team for the teardown, diagnosis, and repair of AC/DC motors and pumps. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Teardown & Diagnostics: Disassemble, inspect, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in AC/DC motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
  • Repair & Rebuild: Replace bearings, seals, windings, and worn components to restore equipment to peak performance.
  • Testing & Quality Control: Perform incoming/outgoing tests using tools like meggers and multimeters.
  • Documentation: Create accurate, detailed technical reports on findings and repairs.
  • Collaboration: Work both independently and alongside team members to meet deadlines.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and safely operate shop tools.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: A strong mechanical inclination with a desire to learn.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level experience in electric motor mechanics, automotive repair, or industrial maintenance is a plus, but not required—we will train.
