Megatel Homes and MegPrime Pay are seeking a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer to join our team in Uptown Dallas. This role is ideal for a designer with 3โ€“5 years of experience creating sophisticated brand work across digital, print, motion, and social media. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of contemporary design, typography, photography, visual storytelling, and brand systems, with experience creating elevated marketing for premium consumer brands across real estate, technology, or financial services.

We're looking for a designer who can translate both the Megatel Homes and MegPrime Pay brands across every touchpointโ€”from community launches, advertising campaigns, sales centers, and environmental graphics to product launches, app marketing, digital campaigns, website experiences, social media, and print collateral. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, balance multiple projects simultaneously, and bring a refined design perspective that reflects the craftsmanship of a luxury homebuilder and the innovation of a modern payments platform.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop creative from concept through final execution across both Megatel Homes and MegPrime Pay.
  • Design and produce brand assets across digital, print, motion, environmental graphics, presentations, and social media.
  • Help maintain and evolve the Megatel Homes and MegPrime Pay brands across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop creative for advertising campaigns, brochures, presentations, signage, events, community marketing, sales materials, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Create motion graphics and visual content for digital campaigns, social media, and product marketing.
  • Support website, email, paid media, app marketing, and other digital experiences with compelling visual design.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Stay current on contemporary design, luxury branding, architecture, interior design, fintech, payments, Web3, and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3โ€“5 years of professional graphic design experience in a similar role within real estate and/or fintech.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional branding, typography, editorial, digital, and campaign design.
  • Experience designing for real estate, premium consumer brands, and/or fintech, payments, or technology brands is highly preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Experience with software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, motion software, and Figma is a bonus.
  • Strong typographic, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Conceptual thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience designing for print, digital, motion, email, web, and social media campaigns.
  • Understanding of contemporary design trends across both luxury real estate and modern fintech brands.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 ecosystems is a strong plus.
