Description du poste :

Sous la supervision de la Chef d’équipe, le/la graphiste sera responsable de la conception de matériel graphique imprimé et numérique, incluant des dépliants, annonces publicitaires, brochures, menus, infolettres, enseignes, et plus encore.


Tâches et responsabilités


  • Élaborer des concepts créatifs et effectuer les montages graphiques imprimés et numériques
  • Rester à l'affût des dernières tendances en design
  • Contribuer à l’évolution de l’identité et à l’image des marques
  • Assister les équipes marketing lors de brainstorming
  • Rechercher ou créer des images / visuels pertinents
  • Respecter les normes graphiques en matière d'impression
  • Vérifier la précision des épreuves et leur conformité aux normes de l'entreprise
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches sur demande


Exigences et compétences professionnelles


  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire, DEP ou DEC en graphisme ou l'équivalent
  • 5-8 ans d’expérience professionnelle
  • Esprit d’équipe, sens de l’écoute, autonomie, excellent sens de l’organisation et respect des échéanciers
  • Maîtriser la suite Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects/ Premiere (atout)) et Microsoft Office
  • Solide portfolio démontrant une expérience en graphisme et animation (atout)
  • Avoir une attitude positive et une aptitude exceptionnelle à résoudre les problèmes de façon créative
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression en respectant des délais serrés tout en faisant preuve de minutie et de rigueur;
  • Aptitude en photographie (un atout)

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Team Lead, the graphic designer will be responsible for creating both print and digital graphic materials, including flyers, advertisements, brochures, menus, newsletters, signage, and more.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Develop creative concepts and produce both print and digital graphic designs
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand identity and image
  • Assist marketing teams during brainstorming session
  • Research or create relevant images/visuals
  • Ensure compliance with graphic standards for printing
  • Verify the accuracy of proofs and ensure they meet company standards
  • Perform other tasks as requested


Exigences et compétences professionnelles


  • University degree, DEP, or DEC in graphic design or equivalent

5-8 years of professional experience

  • Team player, good listener, self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects/Premiere (asset)) and Microsoft Office
