Nous recherchons une personne autonome, organisée et polyvalente, capable d'évoluer dans un environnement où les priorités changent rapidement et où plusieurs projets avancent en parallèle.

Au sein du Studio, vous travaillerez aux côtés d'une équipe de créatifs passionnés spécialisés en design, production vidéo et stratégie créative. Ensemble, vous contribuerez à développer des campagnes et des outils marketing pour plus de 11 marques et 60 cliniques au Canada et aux États-Unis, dans un environnement collaboratif où la qualité, l'innovation et le souci du détail sont essentiels.

Vos tâches en un coup d’œil  

  • Concevoir des visuels pour des campagnes marketing multiplateformes (web, médias sociaux, les courriels, l'affichage et les documents imprimés).
  • Décliner et adapter des concepts créatifs pour plusieurs marques tout en respectant les lignes directrices établies.
  • Produire des visuels optimisés pour les différents canaux numériques.
  • Site web (CMS) : Intégrer et mettre à jour du contenu à l'aide de gabarits existants.
  • Courriels : Intégrer et mettre à jour des courriels dans Salesforce Marketing Cloud à l'aide de gabarits existants.
  • Participer à l'évolution des sites web et des pages d'atterrissage.
  • Utiliser des outils d'intelligence artificielle de façon active dans vos processus de création (déclinaisons, itération rapide, exploration de concepts).
  • Collaborer à la production de contenus vidéo et à leurs diffusions en développant les éléments graphiques et les déclinaisons nécessaires.
  • Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément en respectant des délais parfois très serrés.

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en design graphique.
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effect et Adobe XD).
  • Utilisation régulière d'outils d'intelligence artificielle pour accélérer et enrichir les processus de création.
  • Bonne maîtrise de HTML5 et CSS3 appliqués à l'intégration de contenus web et de courriels.
  • Excellente compréhension des contraintes du design numérique et imprimé.
  • Très bonne connaissance des principes d'ergonomie, d'accessibilité et de responsive design.
  • Excellente gestion des priorités et de multiples échéanciers.

Join our creative team

We are looking for a self-directed, organized and versatile individual who can work effectively in an environment where priorities shift quickly and multiple projects move forward at the same time.

As part of the studio team, you will work alongside a team of passionate creatives specializing in design, video production and creative strategy. Together, you will help design marketing campaigns and tools for more than 11 brands and 60 clinics across Canada and the United States, in a collaborative environment where quality, innovation and attention to detail are essential.

Your responsibilities at a glance

  • Design visuals for multi-platform marketing campaigns (web, social media, email, various signage and print materials)
  • Adapt and roll out creative concepts across multiple brands while following established guidelines
  • Produce visuals optimized for different digital channels
  • Website (CMS): integrate and update content using existing templates
  • Email: integrate and update emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using existing templates
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of websites and landing pages
  • Actively use artificial intelligence tools in your creative process (versioning, rapid iteration and concept exploration)
  • Collaborate on the production and distribution of video content by developing the required graphic elements and variations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines that are sometimes very tight

  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Adobe XD)
