Job description

Brand VIE is a design studio that create visual foundation of design storytelling and customer communication to support North America Brand and Marketing. Our dynamic design team craft compelling visual stories of our products that elevate brand communication and enhance customer experiences. As an automotive visualization graphic designer, the candidate will be skilled in creating and delivering impactful high-fidelity, photorealistic 2D images, 3D models, and animations to represent future vehicles, interior design, or accessories that supports design storytelling and our brand's narrative strategies. Candidate's creativity will contribute to developing design frameworks that enhance customer experience across various platforms. Candidate will be working closely with various teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all project touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Work with design team, and other cross functional teams to create, develop, and deliver exceptional visualizations of automotive designs, including renderings, infographics, and promotional materials
    • 3D Visualization & animation: Create photorealistic renderings and animations of vehicles (exterior/interior) for, design reviews and marketing
    • Motion Graphics Design: Develop animated content for references and/or use for marketing content
    • Storytelling: Create, shape, narrative-driven visual storyboard
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style that aligns with Brand's identity and story across various platforms
  • Utilize advanced software to produce high-quality images and animations
  • Stay up-to-date and conduct research on industry trends and technologies to ensure innovative and relevant visual content
  • Clearly communicate design concept intent to the design team, leadership team, and other stakeholders
  • Respond and incorporate feedback and direction to refine visuals from leadership when required
  • Contribute positively to the implementation of the vision and future success of the Studio
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Automotive Design, or related field (ie Game Design)
  • 5 years of experience in automotive, 3D visualization, CGI, or related industries ( ie Game Design )
  • Proven experience in strong understanding of automotive design, materials (CMF), and 3D modeling pipelines
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience demonstrating creative and technical expertise
  • Proficiency in software such as Blender, Unreal, Autodesk Alias, VRED, and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere)
  • Proficiency in presentations tools such as PowerPoint
  • Experience with UI/UX design and great knowledge of designing for web and mobile platforms
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
  • Proficiency in AI tools
  • Excellent artistic sense and attention to details such as composition, cinematic lighting, and automotive styling trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptability, Team spirit, Collective mindset, Solution-oriented, Flexibility in communication, Proactive attitude to make proposals in pressured setting
