Insider Threat Program User Activity Monitor Engineer

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Insider Threat Program User Activity Monitor Engineer supporting an Intelligence Community Customer in Lorton, VA. As a User Activity Monitor Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of the customer systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security. You will work collaboratively with the IT team to support various projects and initiatives on both classified and unclassified networks. The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

  • Supports the User Activity Monitor Software solution, executing all updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
  • Supports UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise.
  • Ensures all coverage gaps are resolved.
  • Helps the ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM specific updates.
  • Supports all documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline.
  • Supports training as directed by the customer to stakeholders on the usage of the UAM tool and ensure a certification program is in place for personnel development.

This position is 100% onsite in Lorton, VA. Clearance Required: Active Top Secret government clearance; ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI. Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelors degree and (12)+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with (10)+ years of prior relevant experience. Required Skills:

  • Prior leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
  • Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management, and customer stakeholders.
  • Experience with EverFox or other similar User Activity Monitoring products and platform.

Desired Skills:

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in IT Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery management.
  • Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.
  • Experience with Everfox High Speed Guard Platforms.
