The Role

We're seeking a Talent Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the British Talent Director, you'll collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional and international team in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the British and global talent team across branded content campaigns.

  • Draft, prepare and manage talent agreements, ensuring contracts are accurate, complete and processed in a timely manner.

  • Create and maintain polished presentation decks showcasing talent for clients, agency partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Support talent booking logistics, including shoot scheduling and talent travel, liaising with internal teams and talent representatives.

  • Support on set with talent management at shoots where required.

  • Process invoices and track payments, working closely with finance to ensure a smooth and timely process.

  • Maintain organised filing systems and documentation across all projects.

  • Research and maintain an up-to-date database of emerging talent across entertainment, social media and the creative industries.

  • Develop and organise project case studies and campaign summaries for internal knowledge sharing and client presentations.

  • Compile and distribute the internal talent newsletter, liaising with the talent teams across the global markets to coordinate the relevant case studies.

  • Assist the wider talent team with ad hoc administrative tasks and operational support as required.

About you

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator or operations role, ideally within media, publishing, talent, entertainment or a creative environment.

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Confident in preparing professional documents, presentations and written communications.

  • Comfortable drafting contracts and handling confidential information with discretion.

  • Experience with invoicing, budget tracking or finance administration is desirable.

  • An interest in the talent, media and influencer landscape, with an eagerness to learn about emerging talent and industry trends.

  • A proactive, collaborative team player with excellent communication and time management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
