Terrapin Lawn Care is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Lawn Fertilization amp; Pest Control Spray Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in delivering quality service, and want to build a long-term career with a company that values excellence and integrity, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Apply lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest control treatments safely and effectively.
  • Diagnose lawn, shrub, and pest issues and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain accurate service records using company software.
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles and spray equipment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Terrapin professionally.
  • Follow all state regulations and company safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience in lawn fertilization, Lawn amp; Ornamental (Lamp;O), and/or General Household Pest (GHP) services preferred.
  • Florida pesticide license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather.
