About the Role

Own revenue from zero. You'll be the first dedicated GTM hire at Terrapin, responsible for building our sales motion, closing early customers, and laying the foundation for a world-class revenue organization. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a product that solves a real, painful problem for millions of freelancers and small businesses.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in fintech, accounting software, or SMB tools
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting quota
  • Experience selling to freelancers, accountants, or small business owners is a strong plus
  • Comfortable building from scratch—playbooks, processes, CRM setup
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Founder mentality—you treat this like your own company
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • Hungry to build something meaningful
