About the RoleOwn revenue from zero. You'll be the first dedicated GTM hire at Terrapin, responsible for building our sales motion, closing early customers, and laying the foundation for a world-class revenue organization. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a product that solves a real, painful problem for millions of freelancers and small businesses.
Requirements- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in fintech, accounting software, or SMB tools
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting quota
- Experience selling to freelancers, accountants, or small business owners is a strong plus
- Comfortable building from scratch—playbooks, processes, CRM setup
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Founder mentality—you treat this like your own company
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
