We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Line Leader to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and safe production of goods, lead a team of assembly line workers, and maintain high standards of quality. Duties
  • Supervise and coordinate assembly line activities to meet production targets
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members on proper assembly techniques and safety protocols
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the assembly line and coordinate repairs or maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among team members
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or issues to management
  • Assist in inventory management within the warehouse area as needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
