- Union: JNESO
- Travel Reimbursement : 72.5 cents/mile
- Territory : Home Health covers Gloucester, Camden, and Burlington Counties. We cannot guarantee territory for the initial 27 visits. All additional time in addition to your 27 visits can be picked up in preferred territory.
- Per Diem Requirement: Must provide 36 hours/6 weeks of work availability per JNESO (27 total visits for home health).
- Productivity : 6 visits for an 8-hour shift, 8 visits for a 10-hour shift.
- JNESO Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend day required per 6-week schedule.
- JNESO Holiday Requirement : 2 special holidays per year. (Level 1 Per Diem nurses must make themselves available each year to work for at least two (2) special days; โspecial daysโ for the day shift are defined as: Easter, Motherโs Day, Halloween, the day after Thanksgiving, the day before Christmas and the day after Christmas; โspecial daysโ for the night shift (starting at 7:00 p.m. of the day of the special day) are defined as: Easter, Motherโs Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.)

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:
Must have valid NJ RN License. Approved licenses must be presented and maintained in accordance with the State of New Jersey Licensing Board. Refer to the Educational/Regulatory Requirement (Department Specific) policy in the Nursing Administrative Manual.
Demonstrates knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, procedures and standards.
Perfects skills and stays abreast of current nursing practice through on-going education, journals, etc.
Must have strong communication skills.
Must be able to coordinate efforts of a team of care providers.
