RN – Operating Room (Inpatient) (Contract)

Location: AZ 85713
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 8, 2026)

  • Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week

  • Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts

    • Hours: 8:45 AM – 7:15 PM

    • Workdays: Monday–Friday (varies; no weekend shifts)

    • On-Call: 3–4 shifts per 4-week schedule

      • Weekdays: until 6:45 AM

      • Weekends: 5:15 PM – 6:45 AM (includes 1 weekend day per cycle)

  • Facility Type: Level III Trauma Center

  • Dress Code: Hospital-issued scrubs and jacket/gown

Position Summary & Responsibilities
  • Provide intraoperative nursing care in a Level III Trauma OR supporting general, GYN, ortho, podiatry, urology, and robotic surgical cases

  • Assist with surgical procedures, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety throughout perioperative care

  • Circulate OR cases, coordinate with surgical team, and ensure proper equipment and supplies are available

  • Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively and support safe surgical outcomes

Requirements
  • Active Arizona RN License (required)

  • Minimum 2 years OR RN experience required

  • Prior travel RN experience required

  • Strong experience in general, GYN, ortho, podiatry, urology, and robotics surgery

  • Ability to work rotating weekday shifts with on-call responsibilities
