Injection Molding Technical Supervisor - PSR5125 
 
Salary: $70,000 - 115,000/ year + Benefits
 
Industry: Plastic Injection Molding 
 
Schedule: Full-time - First & Second shift available 
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Supervisor to lead and support our daily operations within the injection molding and maintenance departments. This critical role will be instrumental in ensuring production efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards, while actively driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence to foster team success and contribute to our business growth.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support daily operations in the injection molding and maintenance departments.
  • Ensure production efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technical services area.
  • Leverage strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery (specifically Engel, Toshiba, and Milacron).
  • Oversee and understand tooling related to injection molding.
  • Manage and troubleshoot processing of materials such as PE, PP, and PC.
  • Identify and resolve molding defects and machinery malfunctions effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within injection molding.
  • Strong understanding of injection molding machinery (Engel, Toshiba, Milacron).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of injection molding tooling.
  • Proven experience in processing materials including PC, PP, and PE.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting molding defects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to machinery issues.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
