We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to join a stable and well-established leader in the plastic injection molding industry. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and optimizing injection molding machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with molding processes, strong troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of process optimization and quality standards.

  • Prepare and configure injection molding machines, molds, and related equipment
  • Fine-tune processing parameters to meet quality and production targets
  • Execute mold and material changeovers with minimal downtime
