Job description

Key Responsibilities
• Build and pour new silicone molds according to production requirements
• Repair, adjust, and re-mold existing molds to extend service life
• Prepare and finish mold masters and mold components
• Replace worn or damaged molds as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
• Basic math skills
• Basic hand tool knowledge
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read and understand SKUs, colors, and production schedules
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a warm/hot manufacturing environment
• Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, and proper attire)
